ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ

1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข

การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน “อนุรักษ์ (Anurak Staff)” ถือว่าคุณได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการนี้ รวมถึงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว หากคุณไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไขใด ๆ โปรดหยุดใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน

2. คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้งาน

แอปพลิเคชันนี้มีไว้สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครที่ได้รับอนุญาตในโครงการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูผืนป่าเท่านั้น การเข้าใช้งานต้องใช้บัญชีที่โครงการจัดสรรให้ คุณมีหน้าที่รักษาความลับของข้อมูลบัญชีและรหัสผ่านของตน

3. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน

เราอนุญาตให้คุณใช้แอปพลิเคชันแบบจำกัด เพิกถอนได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการเท่านั้น คุณไม่สามารถทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

4. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

• ใช้งานตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ และไม่ละเมิดกฎหมายหรือสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น
• กรอกข้อมูล รายงาน รูปภาพ และพิกัดตามความเป็นจริง
• ไม่เข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ไม่รบกวนหรือทำให้ระบบเสียหาย
• ไม่อัปโหลดเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย ไม่เหมาะสม หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์

5. ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล

คุณรับผิดชอบต่อความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่บันทึกผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน ข้อมูลที่บันทึกอาจถูกใช้เพื่อการติดตามและรายงานผลของโครงการ

6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

แอปพลิเคชันและเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เช่น โลโก้ ชื่อแบรนด์ และส่วนประกอบต่าง ๆ เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของเรา ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือทำซ้ำโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

แอปพลิเคชันให้บริการ “ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่” เราไม่รับประกันว่าจะใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่องโดยไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด และจะไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

8. การระงับหรือยกเลิกการใช้งาน

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกการเข้าถึงของผู้ใช้ที่ฝ่าฝืนเงื่อนไขนี้ คุณสามารถยุติการใช้งานได้โดยหยุดใช้แอปพลิเคชันและแจ้งขอปิดบัญชี

9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย รวมถึงพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจศาลไทย

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะแจ้งผ่านแอปพลิเคชันหรือหน้าเว็บนี้ การใช้งานต่อถือเป็นการยอมรับเงื่อนไขฉบับปรับปรุง

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the “Anurak Staff (อนุรักษ์)” application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any of these terms, please discontinue use of the application.

2. Eligibility

This application is intended solely for authorized staff and volunteers of the forest conservation & reforestation project. Access requires an account provisioned by the project. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

3. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the application for project purposes only. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or use it commercially without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the app for its intended project purposes and do not violate any law or the rights of others.
• Enter data, reports, photos, and coordinates truthfully.
• Do not access the system without authorization, or disrupt/damage it.
• Do not upload illegal, inappropriate, or infringing content.

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data recorded through the application. Such data may be used for the project's monitoring and reporting.

6. Intellectual Property

The application and all related content — such as logos, brand names, and components — are our intellectual property. Copying, modifying, or reproducing them without written permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms. You may stop using the application and request account closure at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time and will notify you via the application or this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
