นโยบายนี้อธิบายวิธีที่แอปพลิเคชัน “อนุรักษ์ (Anurak Staff)” เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ จัดเก็บ และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งาน ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครในโครงการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูผืนป่า เราเคารพความเป็นส่วนตัวของคุณ และดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันถือว่าคุณได้อ่านและยอมรับนโยบายฉบับนี้แล้ว

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

ข้อมูลบัญชีและโปรไฟล์: อีเมล ชื่อ–นามสกุล รูปโปรไฟล์ และพื้นที่/หมู่บ้านที่รับผิดชอบ (บัญชีจัดสรรโดยโครงการ)
รูปภาพ: ภาพถ่ายจากกล้องหรือภาพที่เลือกจากคลังรูป เพื่อใช้ประกอบรายงานการดูแลต้นไม้และกิจกรรม
ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (GPS): พิกัดของต้นไม้หรือเหตุการณ์ที่บันทึก โดยจะเข้าถึงเฉพาะเมื่อคุณกดบันทึก/แชร์ตำแหน่งเท่านั้น
การใช้กล้อง: เพื่อสแกน QR/บาร์โค้ดรหัสต้นไม้ และถ่ายภาพประกอบ
ข้อมูลการดำเนินงาน: รายละเอียดการดูแลต้นไม้ สถานะ ความคิดเห็นในกิจกรรม และข้อมูลที่คุณกรอก
ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคพื้นฐาน: ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานและความปลอดภัยของระบบ

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

ยืนยันตัวตนและให้สิทธิ์เข้าใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน
บันทึกและแสดงผลการลงทะเบียนต้นไม้ การดูแลรักษา และกิจกรรม
จัดเก็บพิกัดและรูปภาพที่ใช้ประกอบรายงาน
ปรับปรุง พัฒนา และดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ

3. การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลจะถูกส่งและจัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของโครงการ (โดเมน anurak.cloud) และพื้นที่จัดเก็บไฟล์บนคลาวด์ (เช่น AWS S3) โดยมีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยตามสมควร ข้อมูลเซสชันสำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบจะถูกเก็บไว้ภายในอุปกรณ์ของคุณเท่านั้น

4. การเปิดเผยและการแบ่งปันข้อมูล

เราใช้ข้อมูลภายในขอบเขตของโครงการอนุรักษ์เท่านั้น เราไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ อาจมีการเปิดเผยต่อผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยดำเนินการระบบ หรือเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล (ตาม PDPA)

คุณมีสิทธิ์เข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ลบ จำกัดหรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล ขอให้โอนย้าย ถอนความยินยอม และร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยติดต่อผ่านช่องทางด้านล่าง

6. ระยะเวลาการจัดเก็บ

เราจัดเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น หรือตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เมื่อหมดความจำเป็นข้อมูลจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

7. ผู้เยาว์

แอปพลิเคชันนี้มีไว้สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่และผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายเท่านั้น เราไม่มีเจตนาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะแจ้งผ่านแอปพลิเคชันหรือหน้าเว็บนี้ การใช้งานต่อหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือเป็นการยอมรับนโยบายฉบับปรับปรุง

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the “Anurak Staff (อนุรักษ์)” application collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of its users — the staff and volunteers of the forest conservation & reforestation project. We respect your privacy and comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account & profile data: email, full name, profile picture, and the area/village you are responsible for (accounts are provisioned by the project).
Photos: images taken with the camera or chosen from your library, used to accompany tree-care and activity reports.
Location (GPS): coordinates of the tree or event being recorded, accessed only when you tap to record/share the location.
Camera use: to scan tree QR/barcodes and capture report photos.
Operational data: tree-care details, status, activity comments, and information you enter.
Basic technical data: required for the system to function securely.

2. How We Use the Information

Authenticate you and authorize access to the application.
Record and display tree registrations, care operations, and activities.
Store coordinates and photos used in reports.
Maintain, improve, and secure the system.

3. Storage & Security

Data is transmitted to and stored on the project's servers (anurak.cloud domain) and cloud file storage (e.g., AWS S3), with reasonable security measures. Your login session is stored only on your own device.

4. Disclosure & Sharing

We use your data only within the scope of the conservation project. We do not sell or rent your personal data. It may be disclosed to service providers that operate the system, or where required by law.

5. Your Rights (under PDPA)

You have the right to access, obtain a copy, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the relevant authority — by contacting us below.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Minors

This application is intended for staff and authorized personnel only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you via the application or this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
